2. 熟悉软件单元测试、集成测试、系统测试各阶段测试计划、方案、日报及报告的写作方法和用例设计。了解软件的需求管理、缺陷管理、配置管理和正规检视的流程。
3. 熟悉WEB测试及自动化测试理论和工具。熟悉TCL语言。熟悉工具Script.net、Ratioanl 、Robot、WinRunner、 LoadRunner和VSS的使用。

SKILLS
1. Familiar with VC ++,VB, SQL LAN. And TCP/IP.. Have experiences of using MFC and Delphi, Java. Familiar with windows OS and Understand Linux. Possess certain soft project knowledge, grasp software development procedure and developing instruments.
2. Familiar with the writing method to testing plan , daily and report and testcase design for integration testing , unit testing , system testing. Understand procedure of requirement management,defect management ,configuration management and typical checkof the software .
3. Familiar with WEB test and Test automation. Having experiences of using TCL language. Can use the following test tools : Script.net, Ratioanl, Robot,WinRunner, LoadRunner and VSS
