Solution: Make sure the TestDirector cache directory points to an absolute path in the registry

On the client machine do the following:
1. Go to Start -> Run and type in regedit.
2. Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mercury Interactive\OTA.
3. Double-click on the "CacheFolder" string value and set the value to an absolute path.

EXAMPLE:
C:\TD_76

我也遇到过，不过我修复了IE后就好了

这个问题，我和楼主一起试过，有些人的机器这么做是不能解决问题。
这个跟IE版本有关，换个浏览器就解决了，用Maxthon或者QQ的Tencent Traveler就可以了！

如果大家用楼主的方法不能解决问题，可以试一下我的办法！

TD8.0也可能出现这个问题,把上网助手删除就可以了.

这个问题我至今没有得到明确的原因。上述方法不总是有效，有时不经过有意识的处理也可以了
