Responsibility:
The primary focuses of this position are to work with maintaining existing services and work proactively with existing services and new demands. The position is the technical interface towards different suppliers to ensure the services in coordination with the product manager of services.
1. Be the technical focal point for issues/requests for defined service
2. Work with customers on new demands with services not in the service catalogue together with the HCC(R&D IT HUB Customer Contact)
3. Coordinate IT services for the HUB with other HUBs (i.e. ensure new proposed solutions are in line with other HUBs)
4. Ensuring that R&D IT HUB adheres to its part of the contract
5. Capacity planning and follow up
6. Forecasting service needs for the HUBs together with the HCC(Hub Customer Contact)
7. Work with HUB demands towards R&D IT and Group IT
8. Ordering of services, both standard and R&D specific according to defined processes
9. Proactively managing upcoming requirements and providing solutions in time, coordinating activities between the different IS/IT partners to get the solution in place
Requirements:
1. BS or above degree in Computer/Communication/Electronic majors, >2 years related working experience.
