Information Agenda Consultant – Public(信息议程顾问 - 公共)
        Industry SME(Small and medium enterprises的缩写,是中小型企业的意思)using the Information Agenda approaches to sell and support the sales of the Information Management portfolio components, addressing specific business issues, covering LOB.
        Expert knowledge of the Information Agenda elements and assets(资产).
        Coordinates activities with Industry Value Teams (in Geo/WW) as well as with the IA Architects as an unified expert resource pool.
        Customer advisor on the roadmap and construction of their Information Agenda.
        Seasoned Sales person with proven track record and leadership in the industry.
        Leads Account IOD Opportunity Acceleration Workshops and IOD Briefings. Participates on IOD Roadmap Workshops, multi-day engagement. Participate of BVAs as required
        Support Client Executives, CSSR’s, ISSR’s and Brand Sales Reps
        Enables teams on Information Agenda and its corresponding engagement process.
        Develops the interaction with practitioners in GBS, SWS and Partners for each particular industry
        Leads the deployment of IOD Briefing Centers over Industry Centers worldwide with IOD Marketing Team and IOD Architects.

Required skills:
        Strong Industry background in Public Sector especially ** & Healthcare
        Subject Matter Expert with references
        Strong Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Consultative and Facilitation Skills
        Sales Profile with proven track record

The following position is an industry consultant sales position focused on discussing customer problems and requirements and mapping them to the solutions presented in the IBM Collaboration Agenda(合作议程)in order to make our customers more successful.
This role requires a thorough understanding of the nature of the business problems in a given industry(特定行业), and the Lotus capabilities and solutions that provide value in solving those problems.
Is knowledgeable in the business drivers of his/her respective industry(个别行业), and able to apply those business drivers to both the customer's environment and our potential collaboration solutions(潜在的协作解决方案).
Industry Subject Matter Expert(行业主题专家)selling and supporting the sales of Lotus Collaboration portfolio components(Lotus协作产品系列的组件)through addressing specific business issues, specially covering Line of Businesses.
Expert knowledge in Collaboration overall architecture and strategy(策略) within industry context.
Customer advisor on the roadmap and construction of their Collaboration Agenda.
Seasoned sales person with proven track record.  
Leads Account Collaboration Agenda Workshops and Briefings.
Participates on Collaboration Agenda Roadmap Workshops and Business Value Assessments (BVAs) as required.
Support Client Executives, C-SSR’s, I-SSR’s and Brand Sales Reps
Develops the interaction with practitioners in GBS, SWG and Partners for each particular industry.

Required Skills

Responsibilities will include:
Industry vertical solution sales or consulting experience in ** and/or Healthcare – with strong background in Lotus Collaboration(垂直行业解决方案销售或咨询在政府和/或保健 - 在Lotus协作很强的背景经验)
Prospects, identifies and qualifies appropriate target accounts for Collaboration Agenda efforts
Locates and establishes relationship with proper customer mngrs or execs to faciliate IA enagagement cycle
Leads Collaboration Agenda client solution Workshops which requires Collaboration Agenda vision setting, soliciting customer requirements(征求客户的要求), and mapping Collaboration capabilities to customer requirements to drive future projects.
Partners with SWG Industry Teams (in Geo/WW) as domain expert and in targeting customer opportunities
Lead solutioning process with customer and account team to while providing industry expertise into Collaboration Agenda roadmap for targeted customer(目标客户)
Enables Geo Teams on Collaboration Agenda Unified Sales Process methodologies, is viewed a skilled expert by Geo sales
Supports the interaction and transfer skills with practitioners in GBS, SWG and Business Partners

Additional Requirements
Strong business acumen and expert consulting sales skills.(强大的商业触觉和专家咨询销售技巧).
Deep knowledge of business imperatives in the ** and Healthcare industries and how they relate to IT and Collaboration technology.
Proven consulting, conciliation and team leadership skills. Experience in workshop and task force facilitation.
Sound engagement planning and task management experience. Be able to assemble and lead teams of business and technical SMEs to an end-goal.
Excellent communications skills including written and verbal communication and executive presentation experience.
An understanding of financial analysis methodologies and MS Excel.
Knowledge of industry standards, best practices and previous general consulting and/or software services delivery experience.
Anticipates, creates and defines innovative and visionary industry solutions for leading edge or critical customer business requirements. Solutions address the most strategic requirements of the customer.
Exhibits teamwork at the highest levels of IBM and customer management in developing and consulting industry solutions.

   Employees in this role are responsible for providing detailed technical information, solution design consulting, and competitive strategies to the sales channels and to customers. They assist in opportunities identified by IBM sales teams, ISVs(独立软件开发商), partners, and customers -- and stay engaged throughout the sales cycle.
1. 本科以上计算机相关专业毕业
2. 有软件设计/开发经验
3. 比较强的学习能力
4. 比较强的沟通能力
5. 有团队合作意识
6. 有Tivoli or Database or Websphere 相关的工作经验者优先
