1.Be familiar with the designing methods and writing regulation of test case, including unit testing case, integration testing case, system testing case.
2.Be familiar with Functional Testing, Performance Testing, Configuration Testing and GUI Testing based-on B/S and C/S.
3.Be familiar with software requirement management ,defect management ,configuration management , and the process and method of peer review.
4.Be familiar with some testing tools following as: Rational Robot, Rational Purify, Rational PureCoverage ,Mercury QTP, Mercury LoadRunner, CppUnit, TCL and configuration management tool such as VSS.
Other Skills:
1.Be familiar with C and C++ , know about ASP
2.Be familiar with SQL language, know about SQL Server and the principle of DataBase
3.Accomplish the Resource management tool and simple WEB tool with VC
