1、IBM-TEST（2-3年）
Be familiar and experienced with performance engineering. Experience in software testing
o Be familiar and experience on at least one programming language (Java or C/C++) or scripting language (Perl, Python or Rexx) and SQL.
o Be familiar and experience working on Rational Performance Tester or loadrunner is a plus.
o Be able to multitask effectively in a variety of technologies including:
Operating System: Unix (AIX, Solaris, Linux, HP/UX); Windows
Database: DB2, Oracle, SQL Server
Application Server: WebSphere, Weblogic
PS: 主要还是强调有性能测试经验！熟练使用测试工具如LoadRunner、QTP等即可！
2、IBM-TEST（2-3年）
Unix/ Script developing/ Middle wear
Design and execute test cases based on design requirements
-Work closely with development team, report defects to them, verify their fixing
-Develop test summary report based on test results
-Prepare test environment
- develop Test Plan including detailed schedule
- assign tasks to team members and tracking status
