         熟练掌握各种测试工具，会使用TCL，CPPUNIT编写脚本，用Rational Purify及 Rational PureCoverage查看测试用例执行的情况和路劲的覆盖。掌握RationalRobot工具的录制回放功能，自动化测试脚本编写功能，动态验证点添加功能，使软件测试自动化。同样熟悉WINRunner  LoadRunner ，QTP等工具。    对VSS配置管理工具也相关的实践经验
开发语言：  熟悉C,C++，VB，PB并可以编写一些简单的程序和算法，也熟悉SQL语言，能使用嵌入式SQL语言对数据库进行操作。了解java和servlet.
数据库：熟悉SQL SERVER，ASA，ACCESS,掌握数据库的配置，连接，以及在使用过程中各种数据库功能的使用
操作系统：  熟悉各种WINDOWS操作系统，对UNIX，LNIX也有相关的了解
