QA Engineer/ Sr. QA Engineer
·BS degree majoring in computer science is required
·At least 2 years of experience in testing applications on Windows or Linux platforms for senior QA engineers.
·Strong testing skills and experience object-oriented design and C++ is important.
·Demonstrated successful experience on software system testing. Creativity, teamwork,circumspectness and enthusiasm for programming are very important.Experience on security,wireless a plus.
QA Manager/Lead
We are looking for strong QA Managers to help build and lead a testing team. In this position you will be responsible for recruiting and training test leads and test engineers to form a top quality test team. Internally you will work with project development team,product management, and researchers to define test strategy, identify required test tools and harnesses, oversee test execution and test tools development,guide,mentor and grow people in your team.
Required qualifications
·2+ years managing test teams
·Strong testing,management,problem solving, communication and decision making skills
·Good fundamental programming knowledge
·Good knowledge of miscellaneous test methodologies,techniques and harnesses
·Experience of managing testing during complete product cycle for at least one commercial product
·"lead by example"attitude and passion about shipping high quality products
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese,good team work
·BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required.
