Qualifications:
1. BS/MS in computer science or equivalent with 2+ yrs of proven experience in software develop or test.
2. Excellent analytical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
3. Strong written and verbal English communication skills
4. A deep understanding of software development and testing process, demonstrated proficiency in designing test plans, designing and executing of test case
5. Self-manage and drive to resolve problem and ship under tight deadlines.
6. In depth understanding of Web technology and e-commerce.
7. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as work in a team.
8. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and work in a dynamic environment is essential.
9. Prior product development and in depth hands-on, working knowledge of .NET, C/C++/C#, SQL, and Java is a plus.
