-Peruse project specification, design document , usage instruction and so on, make good preparation for testing.
-Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, procedure or test data for every stage or module basing on the project testing outline and testing plan.
-Collaborate with field staff or customers to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions.
-Design or develop new testing tool, introduce and impart new testing skill and technology.
-Document software defects, using a bug tracking system , and report defects to software developers.
-Sum up testing experience, collect testing cases and maintain cases basedata.
-Review testing reports, ensure the quality of the project match the quality objectives .
Requirement:
-Over 5 years working experience,more than 2 years experience in QTP.
-Good oral and written communications in English;
-A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field;
-Experience developing test plans, test strategies, and test cases are required
-Familiar with the applications based on Oracle DB and Power Builder/Java/.Net
-A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, hard work attitude and responsible
-Understanding of software implementation for insurance or financial industry is desirable.
