软件测试工程师 Software Test Engineer/QA Engineer
任职要求：
1. BS or equivalent degree in computing software technologies.
2. At least 1-3 yrs of software quality testing experience.
3. Successful work experience in QA processes and methodologies.
4. Working knowledge of automated testing tools.
5. Experience with Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista, SQL Server 2000/2005, Server 2003
6. Experience testing Client Server and Web Applications.
7. Familiar with web application programming languages.
8. Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Axapta, Navision, Solomon, and CRM is highly desired.
9. Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and analytical skills.
10. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
11. Must be a Team player.
职位职责：
1. Identifies, analyzes, documents defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software functions, outputs, online screens, and content.
2. Establishes benchmarks for program efficiency in operating and response times.
3. Creates test plans, test cases and test data.
4. Creates test scripts for regression, load and functional testing using automated software testing programs.
5. Installs, maintains, and uses testing software programs.
6. Conducts compatibility tests with other software programs, hardware, multiple operating systems, and network environments.
7. Monitors program performance after implementation to prevent recurrence of program operating problems and ensure efficiency of operation.
8. Documents, analyses, tracks test results and unresolved problems.
9. Responds to inquiries from users and technical support regarding functions and operations of software programs.
10. Contributes to establishment of high quality standards and procedures for program testing. Recommends program improvements or revisions to system analysts..
