Role２ : Software Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
·Participate in review of both software and test case designs, requirement specifications, and technical documents
·Create test plans, test specifications, and related test documentation
·Write automated test scripts using available test automation tools (QA Partner, Robot, SILK, Perl, and in-house tools)
·Document test results
·Identify and track product defects
·Participate in cross-product compatibility and performance testing
·Communicate quality issues with all parties involved
·Contribute to overall quality and quality practices
·Coordinate tasks with other team members
Minimum Requirements:
·BS/ BE/ B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering with at least 5 years in software testing experience.
·Strong knowledge and working experience with Unix, Windows NT/2000/XP.
·String knowledge with Database.
·Knowledge and experience in communication protocols, particularly DICOM, and a fair knowledge of TCP/IP.
·Medium to strong knowledge in shell scripts and Perl.
·Familiar with Capability Maturity Model (CMM)
·Excellent written and oral communication skills
·Ability to quickly learn new applications and new technology

Knowledge Required
Bachelor Degree or above
Be familiar with kinds of testing skill (Memory Leak Test, Performance Test and Stress Test are plus)
Be familiar with Linux OS is plus
Experience with arm9 CPU is a plus
Experience with image/video product test is a plus
Good team work and team management experience, 5 years working experience or above
Risk management capability

Role 4 Software Testing Engineer
Responsibilities
• Conduct functionality, performance, stability, environmental test and acceptance test. Work closely with the development engineers on defect reporting, debugging and tracking to isolate software faults and ensure that all requirements are tested and met.
• Develops and executes test plans / test cases based on documented requirements and an understanding of system operation and end user applications.
• Records test results completely and accurately. Produces report of test results, including summary of test failures and observations, and traces test objectives to stated requirements.
• Provide detailed feedback and suggestions to the software and product development teams.
Qualifications
• BS or above degree in computer, electronics or closely related field.
• 3-5 years of experience testing software-based products. Testing of embedded software highly desirable. Instrumentation or medical devices experience a plus.
• Experience with implementing automated testing strategies or writing scripts for automated testing a plus.
• Experience with Mercury Quality Center a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills to contribute as part of a cross-functional development team.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese and English. Ability to communicate in Japanese a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with globally distributed teams in multinational companies highly desirable.
