　　由于该公司的这个team和实验室原来都在美国，现在要本地化到中国来，有十几个的Head count，根据经验和能力，分为工程师和高级工程师两种title。

　　该职位侧重于信号、协议方面的测试，对通信协议和测试仪需要比较熟悉。
　　比较对口的是基站协议测试的工程师，或者是做场测的，其他经常使用测试仪的工程师。如果是做一些GSM/CDMA/WCDMA等网络优化或者维护的，只要你对协议确实很精通，测试仪也比较熟练，也可以看。
　　高级工程师要求英语口语可以和美国的team沟通。
    不太合适的，纯手机软件或UI测试方向的，生产测试方向的，PC或服务器软件、数据库测试方向的。
