Responsibility –
As the prime automation platform/tool developer, you will have the opportunity to touch various legacy test automation platform/tools in Genband. You will be involved in design and development of an evolving and converging test automation platform which will be well recognized in this fast-grow company. You will also be responsible to design and develop tools to bring more manual test into automation. You will enjoy the pleasure of helping development team and testing team on improvement of testing and receive respects from them. You will grow your programming skill and design skill thru intensive practice. You will enjoy and improve communications thru intensive interaction with people in our sites around the world.
Requirement –
- Strong programming skill of at least one of C++, Java. Willing to grow if not experienced with one of them. Solid experience on this for >3 years.
- Experienced with platform and large-scale software design
- Experienced with UNIX/Linux platform development and operations.
- Experienced with at least one of UNIX Shell, Perl, TCL, Python. Willing to develop script tools with any of them.
- Willing to run manual tests to investigate how to develop tools and improve automation platform.
- Fluent English reading/writing.
- Majored in CS or EE. BS and above from well-recognized universities.
- BS > 5 year working experience. MS > 3 year working experience.
Preferred –
- Experience to develop/maintain automation platform in large companies.
- Experience to use commercial/open source automation platform/tools and develop based on them.
- Telecom knowledge and work experience.
- Fluent oral English.
