Key Responsibilities:
open for new challenges and passionate to take over the management of a recently established team which is responsible for writing customer documentation for various hardware products, in a global, multicultural setting.
Team Leader will be responsible for coaching the team members and for managing their work in projects. He/she will ensure that the quality of the documentation meets or exceeds both company standards and customer expectations. In the initial phase, the person will be involved in the team building and competence build-up, reporting regularly across time zones. The role may include travelling.
Requirements:
experience in technical writing and/or in managing R&D teams or projects
excellent English-language skills, especially in written English
general knowledge in telecommunications and technology
university degree in Engineering, IT or English
general knowledge of MS office tools.
understanding of content creation tools and environments (XML, FrameMaker), including graphics software
