1.At least two years in software development.
2. Familiar with software engineering and software testing process.
3.Deep experience in Java programming and Web applications design, developing or testing.
4.Familiar with automation test tools, like RFT, LA, is plus.
5.Familiar with kinds of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, Mac OSX, etc.
6.Familiar with kinds of browsers, include IE/FF/Safari/Opera, etc.
7.Familiar with Database server, LDAP server and HTTP server is a plus.
8.Familiar with Agile development process.
9.Highly self-motivated and quick learner and good flexibility and adaptability.
10. Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
