Responsibility: 1. Distribute test tasks to team to test UI, function and performance of mobile’s Media Center, Messaging, Contacts, Recent Calls, Settings & Tools, Bluetooth, AVC and other modules;
2. Detailed description how bugs generated and bug’s phenomena, and judge the severity of bug, submit and track them;
3. Submitted testing daily report and team report, complete regression, EV and other tests; communicate with Korea RD to deal with problems.
Project 2: MOTO series of mobile phone production testing
Time Period: Jun.2006-May.2008
Product: iDEN series（i530,i850,i880,etc.）
Tools, equipments: shielded box, 8960, DC power(66319), RF SWITCH Control Panel, etc.
Role: Test Process Improvement Team Leader
Responsibility: 1. Set up test stations, install and debug software; radio test system maintenance, deal with abnormal of test equipment and software on the production line;
2. Test abnormity analysis, production-line NTF analysis, and continuous improvement; ensure the quality of test stations;
3. Do GR&R, Correlation, CP/CPK test to verify test station; make maintenance plan and arrange to implement; make and manage Golden Sample;
4. Issue project document to support relevant jobs; Make training plan;
5. Design various test reports, make proposal improvement plan; completion of the intersection of Factory Audit
