项目介绍：SugarCRM集成了CRM系统中常见的市场管理、销售管理、服务管理等功能，并提供了一定的用户自定义功能。
测试环境：Windos XP 与Linux
职责描述：主要担任系统测试计划，测试报告的写作，以及部分模块的用例执行。
测试过程：测试项目涉及到Linux，SVN，QC，以及邮件系统的搭建。并利用FileRiver，HttpWatch，IEDevToolBar等工具对系统的数据库变动，界面显示等方面进行全面的测试。以规范的流程化形式，完成测试文档的编写并对其进行配置。通过QC对整个测试项目的过程进行管理，实现了对测试各个阶段的有效控制。历时1个月时间完成了测试任务。
