项  目2：5.0集中监控系统

项目描述：2008年6月-2009年4月，5.0集中监控系统是以鸟巢监控系统为基础，面向通用客户开发。系统采用C/S架构，由管理服务器对流媒体服务器、电视墙服务器、存储服务器统一管理，以监控中心为客户端集中调用。
项目职责：
1. 带领5人的团队以鸟巢系统为基线进行基线版本开发。
2. 负责项目定制，分配工作任务单。
3. 定期整理升级需求，制定升级版本开发计划。
4. 负责多语言版本的开发。
5. 根据测试情况调整开发进度。
6. 研究QTP和Load Runner测试工具；用QTP进行回归测试，提高回归效率；用Load Runner对存储、流媒体、电视墙服务器进行并发和压力测试，及时发现服务器的性能缺陷；
项  目3：鸟巢监控系统
开发环境：

项目描述：2007年7-2008年8，该项目为鸟巢奥运监控专用项目，是一个基于C/S架构的安防监控系统。系统由海康威视和Honeywell合作开发，海康威视提供监控软件和硬件监控设备，Honeywell负责平台搭建和系统集成，最终由Honeywell负责集成质量的验收。
项目职责：
1. 承担视频参数、云台控制、日志查询、本地配置功能模块的开发；对新增模块进行集成测试，确保新增模块通过集成测试后再正式接入系统。
2. 在编码后期，负责系统的集成测试；提供测试版本给测试部，负责与测试部之间的沟通工作；修复提交的缺陷，确认新版本的缺陷修复情况，提交新的回归测试版本。
3. 独立负责鸟巢监控系统的平台接入测试，仅用15天成功通过Honeywell的验收测试。
4. 负责编写鸟巢监控系统的用户使用手册。
5. 负责系统安装盘制作。

1. 有扎实的测试理论基础，熟悉软件开发和测试流程，掌握常用的测试用例设计方法。
2. 掌握测试管理工具QC和IBM Lotus，在职期间一直以IBM Lotus为开发测试管理平台。
3. 掌握配置管理工具VSS、SVN，先后使用VSS（1年）和SVN（10个月）进行项目管理。
4. 熟练使用QTP、Load Runner测试工具，能独立进行测试脚本开发。
5. 掌握C/C++开发语言，能熟练在VC++6.0和VS.NET环境下独立编码。
