| Project Introduction | Smart Grid, next generation of power grid, delivers electricity from points of generation to consumers, with two primary systems: the transmission system and the distribution system. The transmission system delivers electricity from power plants to distribution substations, while the distribution system delivers electricity from distribution substations to consumers. The grid also encompasses myriads of local area networks that use distributed energy resources to serve local loads and/or to meet specific application requirements for remote power, village or district power, premium power, and critical loads protection. Smart Grid project targets to build a demonstration of smart grid, with modules of power generation, transmission, distribution, energy management, and smart meter devices. Via large size of LCD wall, the demo system shows the major advantages and benefits of smart grid, compares with current power grid. |

| Responsibility | Lead a 6-people QA team to build testing environment and perform testing. |
| Define and deploy project test schedule and plan. | |
| Drive test activities ( test case design/review, testing execution, bug/issue tracking/resolving) | |
| Cooperate with Requirement team, UX team and development team and guard for project delivery quality. | |
| Grow up test team with good understanding and behavior of Augmentum culture. | |
| Qualification | * BS/MS in Computer Science (or related field). |
| * 1-3 years software quality assurance or software testing experience is required. | |
| * Knowledge of software testing (testing cycles and testing methodologies) and development process | |
| * Capability to make test plan, design test case, and track defect status. | |
| * Good problem resolving skills. | |
| * Passion of software testing. | |
| * Quick learning. | |
| * Good sense of responsibility, good team team and communication | |
| * Familiar with at least one programming language. | |
| * State Power Grid related project experience is a plus. | |
| * Linux platform experience is a plus. | |
| * Automation testing/tools experience is a plus. | |
