1.Mainframe/Manual testing knowledge
2.Carry out detailed requirements analysis, strategy and estimation
3.Allocation of tasks assigned to the team, monitor and guide the team in task execution
4.Understand & implement Testing scope within defined timelines and quality standards
5.Co-ordinate with test manager/ onsite coordinator for issues resolution
6.Conduct test design walkthroughs and reviews
7.Ensure that test environment and test data is available and set-up for test execution
8.Responsible for defect management and defect prevention
9.Responsible for people management
10.Responsible for status reporting and test metrics reporting
11.Ensure tractability between requirements and test cases
12.Responsible for adherence to relevant organisational processes
13.Identify potential risks and suggest mitigation plan
14.Participate in knowledge management activities
