职业技能：
1. 精通C/C++语言、了解VC++、SQL、计算机网络原理
2. 熟悉软件工程，熟悉CMM，熟练运用ClearQuest缺陷处理流程、配置管理工具VSS、ClearCase。
3. 熟悉基于B/S、C/S架构上的各种测试策略,熟练使用各种自动化测试工具， Ratioanl Robot、MI  Winrunner、  MI Loadrunner， Cppunit 、Rational purify、 rational truecoverage。利用TCL开发测试脚本，实现软件测试自动化，搭建测试环境。
4. 熟悉白盒/黑盒、单元/集成/系统、手动/自动化测试的理论。能够熟练编写系统测试计划、方案、用例、规程，提交测试日报、报告和缺陷跟踪，回归测试。熟练运用的等价类覆盖、边界值覆盖、输出域覆盖、错误猜测等方法。
5. 熟悉手机、PDA开发流程，参与系统测试、集成测试。对移动通信产品和GSM协议有初步的了解。
6. 适应规范、快节奏的办公环境。熟悉windows操作系统，了解unix。
7. 外语水平CET-4，能胜任电子、电气类英文资料的查阅、翻译工作。良好的听说能力。
