2.能设计规范的系统、集成、单元测试用例。能够设计测试计划，方案。
3.利用TCL编写自动化测试脚本，并且编写扩展指令搭建集成测试与单元测试执行环境。
4.完全掌握测试执行流程，对用例进行执行、反馈规范的缺陷报告、测试执行记录、测试日志与测试报告能做到规范化。
5.掌握自动化测试工具：Robot，WinRunner，LoadRunner；单元测试工具：Logiscope，CppUnit；覆盖率工具：PureCoverage；检查内存泄露工具：Purify；流程管理工具：TestDirector。

专业技能：
1.能够编写C语言程序
2.对JAVA有一定了解
3.能够使用ASP XML,HTML
4.熟悉操作系统架构，对嵌入式系统有一定认识。熟悉微软操作系统WINDOWS系列，了解LINUX。
5.熟悉SQL语言对数据库原理了解。
6.熟悉网络通信知识，对网络协议及结构了解熟悉OSI和TCP/IP模型

  To obtain a position as a software testing engineer

Software Testing Ability:
      1.Have a systematic understanding on software test and test process,know something about requirement review, HLD review, LLD review, Peer review.
2.Have the ablility todesign the normative test case for system test, integration test and unit test. Have the ability to design test plan and project
3.Familiar with TCL(test script),in the meanwhile, having the ability to construct the test environment for integration test and unit test.
4. Grasp the test process completely, including executing test cases, finishing many test documents such as bug report, test log and test report.
5. Familiar with test tools such as Robot, WinRunner, LoadRunner, Logiscpe, CppUnit, Purify,  PureCoverage, TestDirector.
