Testing Skills:Be familiar with the requirements﹑HLD and LLD 。Master software testing design and writing rules of testing, including unit testing, integrated testing and systematic testing design. Master the writing methods of testing plan, testing scheme, testing daily testing report for software.Master the method of the testing on the base of B/S and C/S、testing of function、testing of local 、testing of deployment and compatibility、testing of GUI. Be familiar with CppUnit、TCL、Rational Purify、Rational PureCoverage、Rational Robot、MI WinRunner、MI LoadRunner and the usual tools.
Development Skills:Master the writing of LLD and other Documents.Have the ability for the Database Design GUI Design and LLD; programming with some languages.
System Management: Knowing about software requirements management, defects management, configuration management and peer review. Be able to use deployment tools.(VSS,CVS)
OS:Windows Serials﹑ Unix.
Languages(Computer):Be able to use VB,C. Be familiar with C#,JAVA.
Database: Master database and pertinent knowledge.
