Software Tester

Job Description for General Testers:

·       BS or MS in Computer Science or related field of education

·       3-5 years Product Testing experience.

·       Ability to install/configure multiple OS platforms including Windows, Linux, and Mac

·       Ability to write Test Cases

·       Use Defect Tracking tools

·       Analyzing/Submitting/tracking bug and submitting test report

·       Developing test plans and test assertions

·       Familiarity with the Lifecycle of defects

·       Automation testing/scripting

·       Executing the testing scripts

·       Ruby On Rails, Agile Lean Development experience, and white-box testing a plus

·       Must have good English capabilities (written and spoken).

·       Self-motivated and can self-study on different technologies/tools.

·       Overall good communication skills with daily status reporting and good teamwork attitude.
