职位的详细JD如下：
Testing Automation Lead ：

1. Major in Computer Science or relevant, Bachlor or Master degree（本科或硕士）

2. 4-5 years experience of testing with 2+ years leading testing team（4~5年测试经验，其中2年带团队经验）

3. Japanese language - level 2 or above（日语2级以上）

4. Proficient in QTP and familiarity in QC & LoadRunner（精通QTP + 熟悉QC，LoadRunner）

5. Have good knowledge in testing methodologies, testing life cycle and configuration management（良好的测试理论，测试生命周期和配置管理）

6. Have good knowledge in quality system like ISO, CMMI, 6-sigma or Lean（熟悉ISO,CMMI,6-sigma等质量体系）

7. Have good English communication skills, CET-4 or CET-6 is required（良好的英语沟通能力）

Testing Lead：

1. Major in Computer Science or relevant, Bachlor or Master degree（本科或硕士）

6. Have good knowledge in quality system like ISO, CMMI, 6-sigma or Lean（熟悉ISO,CMMI,6-sigma等质量体系）

7. Have good English communication skills, CET-4 or CET-6 is required（良好的英语沟通能力）

Testing Engineer：

1. Major in Computer Science or relevant, Bachlor or Master degree（本科或硕士）

2. 1-4 years experience of testing

3. Japanese language - level 3 or above

4. Proficient in LoadRunner

5. Have good English communication skills, CET-4 is required

Automation Engineer:

1. Major in Computer Science or relevant, Bachlor or Associate degree （本科）

2. 0-3 years of testing experience （0~3年测试经验）

3. Japanese language - level 3 or above （日语3级以上）

4. Proficient in QTP and familiarity in LoadRunner （精通QTP + 熟悉LoadRunner）

7. Have good English reading / writing skills, CET-4 is required
