Site Manager
Responsible of managing the studios and the employees, not in-charge of the professional aspects;
Handling relations and daily contacts with local SIP authorities;
Day-to-day management of the site and employees;
Budget responsibility and handling of financial matters;
Handle relations with vendors;
Coordination with company HQ;
Identify & resolve problems.
• Must be fluent in spoken & written English.
• Degree qualified, preferably in project management or related discipline.
• Experience in handling relations with authorities. Specific experience in SIP, an advantage.
• Must be a “leader” who can attract, lead and retain the employees.
• Must have previous management experience. Experience in the games industry, an advantage.
• Experience with working for or with international companies. Experience with one of the international entertainment or games development companies in China, an advantage.
• Experience in dealing with central ** regarding certification of games, an advantage.
• Experience in business development activities, an advantage.

A candidate that can also perform the following tasks will be preferred, although such responsibilities are not a requirement:
• Handling relations with central ** department in-charge of games’ approval.
• Follow-up on leads for potential business cooperation in China at the game industry.

SITE MANAGER需要负责STUDIO的日常管理，对外公共关系的协调和处理以及与总部的联络。因为总部那边是美方，所以对候选人英语能力（听说读写）要求都比较高。
候选人必须具备网络游戏行业工作经验，有良好的团队管理与综合协调能力。
这个职位BASE在苏州，不过不是很远，如果有车的话，上海市区开过去也就1-1个半小时。
薪资可以谈。
