Good programming skills in Java, understand Web 2.0, and J2EE architecture.
Familiar with Windows, Linux, Unix, other OS will be a plus.
Experiences on WAS, DB2, LDAP, Portal is a plus.
Experiences with any performance test tool(for eg. RPT, RFT) is a plus.
Fluent in the English language (both written and spoken).
