Job Requirement
Strategic Planning (40%)
Establish and maintain the process of certification testing according to the organization SDLC & CMMI/ISO standard
Collect input from project team on testing activity & seek opportunity of process improvement
Analytical & Strategy Support (40%)
Conduct QA Audits on all testing projects and report the violation
Conduct QA Audits on Vendor’s delivery to ensure the required process has been adopted
Document all the process and conduct the regular process update review with certification manager/specialist
Partnership (20%)
Participate in organization level process appraisals
Assist and mentor project staff on the adoption of Barclays defined development & testing processes
3+ years of Software QA experience
Strong knowledge of ISO / CMM Compliance Processes & systems
Practised ISO / CMM Managing in projects as an SQA
Experience of developing procedure/processes for compliance with ISO/CMMI
Experience of formal requirements management and software testing related tools (e.g. Quality Centre, Requisitepro, Clearcase)
Good understanding of testing disciplines (i.e. Unit, SIT, UAT, Defect Flow, etc)
Objective, rational and multidisciplinary thinking, with a strong motivation to extend knowledge to related disciplines
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Strong documentation skills
Ability to work closely with both test engineers and managers, while being capable of working independently with minimal supervision
