Hang Zhou Positions
GSM Platform Software Developing Engineer(HZ-ND-1611)
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for GSM embedded Linux/Vxworks Platform development.
2. Responsible for infrastructure software development and maintenance.

Requirements:
1. Excellent programming skills in C language under embedded OS.
2. Basic knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
3. Shell/Perl/Python/TCL experience is a plus.
4. Driver developing experience is preferred.
5. Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills are required.
6. Good written and oral English communication skills.

GSM Platform Software Testing Engineer(HZ-ND-1612)
Responsibilities:
1. Write test plan and test case.
2. Run the test case, find out and report the defects of software.
3. Assist with manual and automated functional tests.

Requirements:
1. Familiar with testing procedure.
2. Basic knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
3. Shell/Perl/Python/TCL experience is a plus.
4. Good Oral and Written English.

LTE Software Developing Engineer (HZ-ND-1613)
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for LTE SW architecture definition, specification, design, implementation, testing and maintenance.
2. Contribute to inspection/review of specification, design and interface.
3. Support LTE software integration and testing.
4. Follow NSN SW develop process. Deliver the LTE SW predictably with high quality.

Requirements:
1. Telecomm related developing experience or education background.
2. Good at C/C++ programming under Linux/Vxworks.
3. Having LTE L2/L3 knowledge is preferred.
4. Perl/Python/Shell experience is preferred.

WCDMA DSP Software Developing Engineer(HZ-ND-1614)                      Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for WCDMA DSP SW architecture definition, specification, design, implementation, testing and maintenance.
2. Develop the WCDMA DSP base band SW on the TI 64+ DSP, including PHY, MAC, TUP and etc.
3. Contribute to inspection/review of specification, design and interface.
4. Follow NSN SW develop process. Deliver the WCDMA DSP SW predictably with high quality.
Requirements:
1. M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
2. A good understanding of Digital Signal Processors and Digital Signal Processing.
3. Good at C/C++ programming under Linux/Vxworks.
4. Working experience in DSP or Base Band fields are preferred.
5. Perl/Python/Shell experience is preferred.
6. Good written English is mandatory.

MGW Software Developing Engineer(HZ-ND-1615)
Responsibilities:
1. Participate in application software development for next generation Multimedia Gateway.
2. Take part in SW design, implementation, testing and maintenance work.

Requirements:
1. Technical competence and understanding of basic concepts of mobile and IP networks or computer architecture.
2. Good knowledge of SW development and testing processes.
3. Good at C programming under embedded OS.
4. Good written and spoken skills in English.
5. Willingness to work in team as active and hard working member.

LTE I&V Testing Engineer(HZ-NT-1616)
Responsibilities:
1. Focus on the I&V test planning, execution and defect analysis.

Requirements:

2. Experience of LTE/TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/Wimax system testing is preferred. It’s also accepted if familiar with GSM/CDMA2000 system testing.
3. Perl/Python/Shell experience is preferred.

NanJing Opsition

Mobile Phone Developer(NJ-HD-1621)
Responsibilities:
1) Design and develop software based on Symbian/ Android/ iphone platform according to software requirement.
2) Browser/WebKit porting and development on Mobile phone.
3) Integrate and optimize third ** software modules.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor/Master degree in CS, EE or related.
2) Experience of application development with one of the Android, Symbian or iPhone.
3) Familiar with OOA/OOD, UML, design pattern.
4) Be familiar with mobile architecture and system design.
5) Good Java or C++ skill.
6) Experience on Embedded Linux programming or other embedded platform programming.
7) Good knowledge on Webcore and Jscore is a plus.
8) Skills for integrating Web Services/Web Applications with mobile apps.

的确，30w的engineer级别的我是没听说过，但内部中说有这个价（所以我才写上），至于是什么级别（项目经理或更高吧）也不是我所能知道的，而且经理级别貌似没有在这次招聘中开放，请原谅各位。

我猜不到你在哪个通信国企，也没兴趣去猜，我有兴趣的是希望你是我们需要的人才。
我司招什么人附件中都有非常详细的说明了，如果你无法下载可加我QQ，我给你发，请恕我不便给你邮箱发。
面试几轮呀，一般情况流程如下：审核简历——推荐到我司HR——HR再次审核——HR电话免谈约面试时间地点——技术面试——发offer
如果你要问这个流程每个过程要多长时间，这个我回答不了你了，不好意思。（因为我在南京的，南京是分部，总部在北京，所以有了前面的2个过程）
薪资待遇的话，就要看你的技术经验了。（我也知道这个回答很空，因为这个问题无论你问谁都不会给你什么你满意的答案，因为同样工作n年的两个人，他们的薪资可能会相差很大的。我能说的是，如果瞬联给你offer，相比业界来说，薪资至少不会让你觉得低。）

下班，up一下。
顺便补充：
因为作为consultant形式的公司，我们招人的需求相对会高点，因为我们需要的人基本是一来可以直接上手的那种，试用期只有1个月的。
所以对于测试方面大概2个要求：通信流程方面的知识，系统方面的TD/W/LTE/CDMA/GSM等等相关的，协议方面的ATM，TCP/IP，信令流程等；测试方面的经验，就是大体的测试流程和使用一些测试工具等。
毕竟通信方面的测试和软件测试会有点侧重点不同，通信的话对通信知识，信令流程相比测试经验要求会多点。
如果有的话，还请各位在写简历时候，突出我们需求的重点......谢谢！

Sorry for my late reply. Yesterday I tried to catch the regular bus......
Actually we hope the candidates good english communication skills (both in written and verbal), able to express own thinking clearly,especially for Ericsson position. So we will have english interview for candidates.
But...........just for personal opinion, if you are in luck and apply the position of NJ Ericsson, you won't meet the english interview. Because NJ Ericsson R&D building is underway and so many projects will be transfered to NJ from BJ or Sweden or Ireland. So it will more require for oral english for the overseas project,such as WCDMA/LTE, and for the internal project such as TD-SCDMA will be less requirement, but just compare to the overseas project.
Last, I want to say that if you think you are quite qualified for the work, don't easily give up the chances!

看了下要求，英语这个问题。。只能看懂，说的话可能交流比较麻烦。。
其他的诸如行业：我现在也是在电信行业（不过3g就没接触了，呵呵），unix，java也都ok。。。
有点遗憾吧。。
希望其他朋友会有机会去尝试下。。。

发现很多朋友对英语都比较担心，如果只是为了面试的话，你只要准备一份详细的自我介绍，包括工作情况等，然后背熟，那应付个面试问题肯定不大的。
然后工作中，如果你的部门老大是老外，平时的确需要比较多的oral english；否则的话，只要written english没问题就ok了。当然，作为test engineer的，如果发现bug，而负责这个bug的design是外国人，那时候还是需要表达出来的。不过很大部分都是用过邮件来述说的。
最后是公司文档，当然基本是英文的，我觉得这个问题应该也不大，只是或许有不少人不习惯，本来看英文就不爽，还要去理解，所以很多时候都是看一页看半天的。不过既然是习惯问题那就好解决，多看就是。
不管如何，如果相信自己有通信测试经验，相信自己能胜任这些职位的朋友们，不要因为怕外企的英文面试而放弃这个机会。

瞬联的英语要求并不高，一般不是应聘leader职位的对口语要求只是基本沟通就可以。你完全说不出来当然不行了。

6. System Integration and Verification Engineer, TD-SCDMA RAN (BJ-EIV-1200)
Responsibilities:

 Perform the system test to integrate and/or validate the new TD-SCDMA features, mainly focus on RNC/NodeB system

Requirements:

 Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication, EE, Computer or related areas
 2 years first hand experience on one of following areas, CDMA/GSM/GPRS/TD-SCDMA/UMTS/HSDPA or a closely related technology
 Good understanding of large scale software development cycle and process

1. IMS Software Engineer (SH-EI-1181)
Responsibility:
Work with leading edge technology design (design documentation, coding in C/C++ and/or Java), writing test specification, test software and function test for GSM/GPRS/WCDMA and IMS systems.

6. Routing Development Engineer (SH-ED-1280)
Requirements:

Responsibility:

The SW department does the systemization, implementation, and test/integration of the SW. Today we develop products both in C and C++.
As a SW designer in our team you will work on Baseband SW design, implementation, documentation and test. You will participate in systemization together with people from System unit as well as integration work together with people from HW design and from Verification.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues is part of the work. You will also participate in pre-studies and feasibility studies when needed.

 Be familiar with test process, usage of test tools and test equipments. Participate in inspection, workshop, task force and research group in daily work. Key inspector in own area
 Involved in early SW design phase and provide testing feedback to improve testability

 Good knowledge of wireless communication network, WCDMA/LTE background is preferred

应该是他们搞错，不是我。又或者是这边Broadband的在热招，投过去的简历估计如果ok都会先去考虑Broadband的。实话说，北京爱立信很多项目要转到南京，而原来北京的RAN的同事都会transfer到Broadband上的。OSS说不定什么时候又会转到南京呢
