----The candidate needs to work closely with the Software Test Leads, Quality Engineers and Developers in China/Boston and Product Managers, Project Managers and Performance Engineers in Boston throughout the product cycle to ensure applications function in accordance to the business requirements and functional specifications.
----The candidate will plan and execute testing efforts for Interactive products and
applications like Client Reporting System, ETF/Mutual Fund websites, STTFunds.com, and SSgA.com, etc. The responsibilities include testing of new requirements, enhancements and infrastructure upgrades to identify defects and any other factors that influence correctness, accuracy, usability, system performance, availability, and reliability.
----The candidate will receive business requirements from client via a Product Mangers\Architect\Developers\Test Lead to successfully test applications. Must be detail-oriented, analytical with ability to think through complex testing scenarios.
This position requires a highly motivated individual that can manage changing priorities.
You will direct line to State Street Hangzhou and matrix line to Boston. Functionally, you will have a direct reporting line to the Software Quality Management in State Street Financial Center (Boston, MA., USA).
Job Responsibilities
----Define and implement test processes and testing best practices
----Successfully lead system, UAT and performance testing efforts for projects through the various stages of the development lifecycle
----Work closely with business owners, development teams, product managers and project management throughout the product cycle to improve ensure the product functions in accordance to the business requirements and functional specifications.
----Conduct testing status meetings and produce testing status reports on the regular basis (weekly or monthly).
----Develop and document test plans.
----Execute test cases and generate high quality bugs and reports based on findings and coverage.
----Work closely with operations, development and project management to determine resource requirements for hardware, software and staffing.
----Review project documentation as a basis for testing documentation and product understanding.
----Mentor more junior team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
---- 3-5 years of experience leading in software testing, including planning, estimating and executing testing.
--- Proven leadership in a software development environment.
Skills:

----Proficient in English Language (Read / Write / Speak)

----Able to drive test execution to successful on time completion

Education:
----Bachelor's degree in computer science, related technical field, or proven experience.
