我们的客户，是一家专注研究、开发、设计、生产并销售太阳能电池生产设备的多元化国际性公司。公司的核心团队是由十几名在该领域的美日知名企业工作了十几、二十年的设备和工艺专家，及许多在相关领域积累了丰富经验的资深中国工程师所组成。目前该公司在上海地区诚招英才。

Position: Software Testing Manager

Report to: Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

 Manage testing team and create test cases and write testing plan
管理测试团队，根据公司具体产品要求，负责组织设计测试方案，撰写相关技术文档（如测试计划，测试用例，测试报告，修改建议等）
 Execute system test, unit test, performance test, boundary test and other tests and write test report
设备控制软件功能、性能、压力、回归测试、系统测试、单元测试以及报告编写
 Control bug fixing process and assure software quality
提交并跟进缺陷的修改，承担质量保证
 Setup testing and software control environment, develop software release package
搭建相关测试环境，能独立完成测试任务，提交测试报告

Requirements:

 MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent
计算机相关专业，大学本科以上学历
 8+ years industry experience in software testing
熟悉软件测试流程，8年以上的软件测试经验
 At least 2+ years team-build experience
至少2年的团队管理经验
 Deep understanding of software quality control and assurance
熟悉编写测试计划，独立组织、实施系统测试，具备测试环境的搭建和维护能力
 Familiar with common testing tools for software performance
具备熟练使用常用GUI和性能测试工具的能力
 Familiar with Bugzilla, CVS
熟悉Bugzilla和CVS软件管理系统者优先
 Familiar with InstallShield is a plus
熟悉InstallShield者优先
