8+ years commercial software experience with Java, C/C++ application development and testing.  Cross Platform testing experience.  At least 5 large scale software projects.

  Work in an interior cube, open work environment with background noise and interruptions.  Proficient typing skills to input code, debug, communicate via e-mail (35+ wpm).  Hear, see, and speak to participate and communicate effectively in small to medium sized meetings with hand outs, white board content, or projections

Key Requirements
1. BS or above in CS or related.
2. 5 years + software testing working experience.
3. 2+ years’ testing management experience.
4. Expert in software testing related technique & process.
5. Have project estimation, planning and tracking experience.
6. Familiar with CMMI.
7. Insurance domain experience will be a preference.
8. Self motivator and quick learner.
9. Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese.
