2008/10—2008/11：                      项目名称: SugarCRM5.1
 职责和业绩：
◆ 项目描述：SugarCRM是一个开源的CRM系统，SugarCRM集成了CRM系统中常见的市场管理、销售管理、服务管理等功能，代码规模为38万行。本次测试主要完成Emails、Activities、Contacts模块的系统测试。
◆ 担任角色：测试组长，带领本组成员完成SugarCRM的系统测试。
◆ 责任描述：
1. 组织需求评审，书写测试计划、测试方案，并组织用例评审。
2. 搭建(Linux + Apache + Mysql +Php)测试环境和邮件服务器(Winmail Server)。
3. 配置QC环境，对需求、用例、缺陷进行管理，使用SVN进行配置管理。
4. 组织组员进行系统测试,帮助解决组员在项目中遇到的问题
5. 编写测试用例97条,交叉执行测试用例142条
6. 完成测试报告、测试日报、缺陷报告、系统测试总结等文档的写作
◆ 采用技术：主要采用黑盒测试技术，等价类、边界值、正交分析、错误猜测等方法设计测试用例。
◆ 使用工具：SVN进行配置管理、QC9.0进行测试控制与缺陷管理。
◆ 项目总结：1、整个项目结束后，总结出35条经验，其中最主要的是对需求的理解、业务的熟悉不够仔细。
            2、测试计划、测试方案的制定不够明确。
            3、测试用例设计不够完善。
            4、这次项目的测试覆盖率达到80%。
            5、这次项目使我对测试流程的熟悉从感性上升到理性，相信这对我以后的测试工作起到有力的指导。
