5. 熟悉基于B/S、C/S架构功能测试、性能测试、本地化测试、配置和兼容性测试、GUI测试方法。
6. 熟悉测试工具Ratioanl Robot、MI WinRunner、MI LoadRunner, 了解Rational Purify、Rational True Coverage和常用的配置管理工具的使用。
7. 能够对系统问题进行跟踪分析和报告,  提出对系统完善和改进的要求和方案。
操作系统：熟悉Windows操作系统，有Unix使用经验。
数据库：熟悉SQL server 2000、Oracle9i等数据库系统，可进行一些简单的数据库开发与维护。熟悉一些常用的SQL语句和DBA命令。
网络技术：对TCP/IP协议和Firewall技术有一定的了解。
编程技能：有使用C语言的开发经验。

1. Be familiar with software testing theoretics, technique and process. Can review SRS, HLD and LLD.
2. Be familiar with method and template for test case, which includes test cases for unit testing, integration testing and system integration testing.
3. Be able to drafting test plan, test scheme, daily report and testing report.
4. Understand relative knowledge of software requirement management, defect management, configuration management.
5. Be familiar with functionality testing, performance testing, localization testing, configuration&compatibility testing and GUI testing in B/S, C/S architecture.
