SDET LEAD：
工作地点::美国&北京

1. Most BI stacks:
1) T-SQL
2) SQL Jobs installation and operation
3) SSIS (ETL Packages development for data validation testing from Source to DW)
4) SSAS(Cube Operation, MDX script development for data validation testing from DW to Cube)
5) SSRS Web Service Operation
2. Testing Plan Development
3. Test Case Development in VSTF
4. BI backend Data validation testing
5. Using Excel to connect to Cube to generate report – used in integrated validation testing
• Optional as a plus:
1. Performance Point 2010 Operation
1) Use Performance Point designer to modify Report/Filter/Dashboard/Scorecard
2) Performance Point Integrated development with SharePoint

SDET （Automation)：
工作地点：北京
Description of Position:
o Work with SDET lead to develop test specifications and test plans; review the functional and design specifications;
develop and maintain the automated test tools and framework
o Improve overall test process to take account of new tools, methodologies, and general test engineering excellence

Job Requirements:
o Knowledge of .Net Framework, C#, T-SQL and Xml.
o At least 2 years work experience in software development and/or testing.
o Business level English communication skill is necessary.
o Experiences with automation testing and Microsoft test process.

Sql SDET Lead:
工作地点：北京
Skill set required:
technical skill: MS SQL, C#, Testing Skill, debugging skills
Nice to Have: understanding Analysis Service, OLAP, MS WTT automation framework. Understand QFE, build, and process. SharePoint experience.
Leadership skill: capable of managing a team with good people skills, dedicated for the whole team’s success.

Soft skill：
Good communication skill for collaboration with Redmond FTE and work with offshore Vendor team
passion for innovation /improvement, improve  process, do more with less, innovative.
Independent, confident,  persistent, defend his/her own opinion and stand.
Resourceful

Attitude：
Take ownership of the work. Drive to result.
Passionate to this position
Work efficient
candidate is willing to stay the job for 2- 3 years.

SDET （Automation)：
