Experienced programmers who will be responsible providing input and ownership of specific test plans.
Function and System Test Planning
Design and Execution of test cases within the Rational Test Tools framework.
Defect Management within the Rational Test Tools framework.
Primary Skills:
Experience in test methodology, FVT/SVT, Accessibility and Globalization testing are preferred.
Strong problem solving capabilities.
Rational Test Tools (Test Manager, Functional Tester, CVS, ClearQuest, etc) preferred
WAS, DB2, Tivoli, and Rational Tools experience preferred.
Operating Systems: AIX and/or Linux, and Windows
Programming experience preferred (Java, J2EE)
Good communication skills in English and Japanese is a BIG plus
