1、熟悉与了解软件需求规格说明书、概要设计、详细设计的检视方法。
2、精通软件测试计划、测试方案、测试日报、测试报告的写作方法。
3、掌握了软件测试用例设计方法和测试用例写作规范，包括单元测试、集成测试、系统测试用例设计。
4、掌握了软件需求管理、缺陷管理、配置管理和正规检视的相关知识。
5、精通功能测试、性能测试、本地化测试、配置和兼容性测试、GUI测试方法，能够进行基于B/S、C/S架构的测试。
6、精通测试工具CppUnit、TCL、Rational Purify、Rational PrueCoverage、 Ratioanl Robot、MI WinRunner、MI LoadRunner和熟悉常用的配置管理工具。
编程语言：熟悉C/C++、VB。
数据库：  熟悉SQL语句，了解SQL Server 2000。
网络：了解网络知识及TCP/IP通信。

software test：
1. Familiar with the specification manuals for the software,simple design,and detailed design.
2. Professional at software testing programme,testing case,testing daily report.
3. Mstering the software testing design programme,including unit testing,integrated testing and the system testing.
4. Mastering the software management,such as demand management, software defects management, software configuration management and normal checking related.
5. having a good command of functional testing based on B/S and C/S, local testing, disposition and compatibility testing, as well as GUI testing method
6. Good at function testing localized testing, configurating and compatibility testing, GUI testing. Additionally do the test based on B/S and C/S structure
7. Skilled at testing tools including Cppunit, TCL, Rational Purify, Rational TrueCoverage, Rational Robot, MI WinRunner, MI LoadRunner. And familiar with conventional configuration management tools.
