1. Senior QA Engineer
Job Description：
uTest planning and test feasibility study, in parallel with the progress in product development plan and design stage
uTest environment design and build up, based on the product goals in customer's requirement
uDesign product test strategy and methodology in performance, stress, volume and etc.
uAutomate the testing and improve the test efficiency
uTest case design, execution, and bug submission, reporting, and issue follow-up for bug resolution
uDesign and analyze test quality with measurable metrics to ensure and improve the quality of the test process and deliverables
uProvide product quality report, quality analysis for product release and further improvement plan
uDeliver quality training and documentation for product supporting and sustaining

Requirements：
uCapable in writing, reading email, tech document. Good spoken English to participate meetings is preferred.
uExperience in test improvement as test automation or system administration in internet/intranet or security is preferred
uFamiliar with software testing; QA; windows/Unix platform

2. Sr. Development Engineer
Requirements:
uSolid experience with C/C++ development under Windows and Linux, knowledge of Unix is a plus.
uSelf-motivated, can work with minimum supervision.
uIn-depth knowledge of network infrastructure and communication.
uStrong oral and written communication skills with English.
uDetail oriented, analytical with excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
uThis position requires the develop engineer who can design & implement high quality applications for network security,including both GUI applications and service applications under Windows/Linux.
uSupport other engineers by coaching and experience sharing.
uCommunicate smoothly with team members, customer, and other team.
uContribute in design/code/test case review.Problem solving and troubleshooting, debugging and performance optimization, maintenance of software products.

3. QA Manager
Job description:
lManages, perhaps through subordinate leads/supervisors, the coordination of the activities of one function or department with responsibility for results, including time, costs, methods, staffing, and policy compliance.

Requirement:
l1. Demonstrated experiences in team leading, quality improving and member growing
l2. Hands-on test planning and enforcement based on customer and development requirement
l3. Product quality risk/index analysis for decision making of product release
l4. Strong testing, management, problem solving, communication and decision making skills
l5. at least 5 years working experience, including 3+ years managing test teams

4．Developer Manager
Requirements:

lSolid experience with C/C++ development under Windows and Linux,knowledge of Unix is a plus.

lMinimally 5 years of experience in designing, at least 1 year International Company Management experience.

lDemonstrated track record of managing a highly talented development team

lStrong development skill, and excellent organization communication, and motivational skills

l"Lead by example" attitude and passion about shipping high quality products

lGood command of English both in spoken and writing.

6. HIE Manager
Job Description:
Trend Micro, a global leader in network antivirus and Internet content security software and services, is currently seeking a manager to lead the User Experience Group in Nanjing, China. This group supports product development at all levels, including interaction/UI design, graphic design, user research and usability, as well as technical documentation.  The manager will set goals and measure the success of the Nanjing team. This qualified candidate will also manage, guide, and mentor the team members—enabling them to produce world-class products and services and provide our customers with the best user experience.

Requirements:
·    At least two years experience managing a user experience(UX)/design team
·    At least five years of hands-on UX/design experience
·    Strong leadership and people management skills
·    Proven ability to mentor and develop skills in junior members.
·    Strong knowledge of product development process and project management
·    Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in the organization.
·    Master degree or higher in design, HCI, social sciences or related fields, or related experience.
·    Ability to speak Mandarin is a big plus.

7. Senior Technical Support Specialist
Responsibility:
·    Deliver high quality solutions to customers quickly, courteously and cost-effectively
·       Provide the highest level of technical support to our customers through technical expertise
·       Provide advanced Technical Support to customers.
·       Handle cases coming from Premium Enterprise Customers, Channels/Partners/Resellers as well as act as escalation point to our Level 2 support engineers.
·       Work closely with software development team and Service Engineering Group in identifying and resolving the problem; effectively interact with the engineering teams to provide solutions to complex technical issues.
·    Product Testing/Beta Testing
·    Maintain and expand working knowledge of current Trend Micro products as well as their integration and methods of support delivery
·       Email and phone support, willing to be assigned on night shifts

Requirements:
Technical Skills:
·       Network Administrator/Network Engineer/System Engineer/ System Integrator/Technical Support Engineer
·       Minimum two (2) Years experience as a Network Administrator; or design and implement network for companies;
·       MCSE Certified for Windows NT/2000/2003 or Linux/Solaris Certified Administrator an advantage
·       Working knowledge in any of the following Applications:
·       Send mail, MS Exchange Server, Lotus Notes; MS Proxy, ISA, Firewalls (Checkpoint); TCP/IP, WAN, VPN
·       Knowledge in FTP, HTTP and SMTP Protocol;
·       Hands-on experience in Internet/Networking environment, and client/server applications
·       Knowledge in Cryptography, PKI, Penetration Analysis, Information Security Planning, Security Policy Development, Intrusion Detection, Threat Analysis, Network/Internet Security;
·       Certification on the following is an advantage: SCSA/SCNA, RHCE, CLA/CLP (Principal), LPIC, CCNA, CCNP;
·       Security Certification is a plus (ex. CISSP, SANs, GIAC, ICSA, etc).
·       Help Desk / Support Experience is an advantage

Core Skills:
·       Must have a good command of the English language (written and oral)
·       Effective customer service skills
·       Able to manage multiple complicated assignments simultaneously
·       Self-motivated and a team Player - able to work independently
·       Passionate interest in IT and possess initiative to keep up with current IT trends.
·       Enjoys working in a challenging environment
·       Knowledge in software test automation or experience in software test tools development is a plus
·       Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication),  Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
·       Required language(s): Chinese, English.
·       Optional language: Japanese

8. Technical Writer
Responsibility:
·    Deliver high quality documentation efforts on large or complex projects for enterprise and consumer antivirus software products (both online and print)
·       Plan, develop, and review documentation sets from engineering specifications, hands-on use of interim software builds, research, and interviews with subject matter experts
·       Contribute to user interface designs and overall product quality through editor reviews and collaboration with other departments
·       Define and deploy team standards, quality goals, and improvement activities
·       Act as project technical editor in reviews and approvals of documentation against team and company goals

Requirements:
·       Minimum BS/BA with two years professional technical writing and editing experience. Additional experience may substitute for a degree
·       Able to plan and generate a major documentation for software products
·       Advanced knowledge of writing techniques and tools such as FrameMaker, RoboHELP, and HTML editors
·       Knowledge of networking, security, messaging, and multiple operating system environments
·       Excellent cross-department communication skills with impeccable written English
·       Ability to adapt quickly to change and work successfully in an evolving and culturally diverse environment
·       Ability to locate in Nanjing, China for a minimum 2-year period
·       Conversational Mandarin Chinese a plus
