怎样配置code page

配置code page时在命令行方式下输入命令后系统报错：
"0x7c9311de"指令引用的"0xb7a9b15c"内存.该内存不能为"read".
请教大家这个问题怎么解决啊？

2003Rational 中Code Page的配置在建立Schema时的第二步可以选择，选择简体中文(GBK)即可，
