Key Requirements
1. BS or above in CS or related
2. 3-7 years’ software testing working experience
3. 2+ years’ testing management experience ( Test Analyst )
4. Good understanding of software testing related technique & process
5. Excellent test plan, test estimation and test design ability.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese
7. Data migration testing/Database testing / TIBCO Integration testing /automation testing experience is preferred
8. Banking/Insurance/SAP testing experience is preferred
9. Good attitude in team collaboration
10. Self motivator and quick learner
Role 2: Test Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Help in presale activity by preparing technical proposal
2. Prepare efforts estimation and resource plan for project
3. Interact with client or onsite anchor during project execution
4. Prepare Test Strategy/Plan
5. Predict and manage project risks
6. Design propitiate tasks breakdown and assign tasks
7. Design test cases/scenarios for IT, ST, UAT, RT or performance testing
8. Design automation testing framework
9. Provide training/mentoring for team members according to project needs
10. Motivate team to reach high performance
11. Evaluate team members performance and guide them to improve
12. Support unit level initiatives, such as recruitment or process improvement
Key Requirements
1. BS or above in CS or related
2. Excellent written and spoken English communication skill
3. At least 5 years overall experience in IT business
4. At least 3 years intensive experience in Software Testing
5. At least 1 year Client Interfacing experience
6. At least 1 year software development/testing project management experience
7. Working experience in international enterprise is preferred
8. Strong project planning, executing and monitoring skill
9. Strong leadership in project execution
10. Knows well about estimation methodology and technique
11. A good team motivator
12. Good understanding of CMMI and ISO
13. Strong presale and presentation ability is preferre

关键要求

5. 至少1年与客户直接联系沟通的经验
6. 至少1年软件开发或测试项目的项目管理经验
7. 有跨国企业工作经验者优先
8. 精通项目计划、执行以及监控
9. 在项目执行中有很强的领导力
10. 精通估算工作两的方法论及技术

13. 有售前经验及较强演示演讲能力者优先
