职位一:Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description:
In this hands-on and technical position, the individual will be responsible for ensuring the product StarCite provides meets both the functional and non-functional quality requirements. As a senior QA Engineer in StarCite Inc, the individual is expected to:

• Participate in the entire development life cycle including: defining quality standards, developing Test Strategies and Test Plans, designing infrastructure tests, managing defect tracking, root cause analysis, impact analysis, and measuring quality against set priorities and providing fact-based and accurate report of the product quality

• Be the instrumental driver for building effective testing practice and an efficient testing team. Where appropriate, the individual can be proactively improve processes, and advise and train team on techniques, tools to ensure the entire team to achieve set quality or higher

• The individual will work closely with software development and IT professionals in a distributed team setup to ensure successful deployments of upgrades and enhancements on an on-going basis.

• Result- oriented. The individual is able to handle multiple priorities, work well under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and possess a high level of flexibility while following the development process well

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in SQA and/or software development.

• Extensive experience with black box, white box, performance, scalability testing, and test automation (Familiarity with QTP is desirable)

• Expert in testing methodology, test cycles, test tools, and testing methodologies

• Expert in automated test design and QTP development

• A strong commitment to standards in software quality.

• Technical competency with SQL, HTML, DHTML, VBScript, JavaScript, Java, J2EE and Apache is a plus

• Extensive experience in working with development team jointly on making effective Java and SQL code review and Java unit test

• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills a must

• Experience in working with distributed teams

• A BS in Computer Science or related field.

• Expert for performance testing strategy, methodology, design and execution by HP Loadrunner

• Familiar with performance bottleneck of Web application and basic tuning approach

• A strong commitment to standards in software quality

       职位三:       Senior Quality Engineer


Shanghai, China Office  

Senior Quality Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to help drive our functional testing efforts for some exciting new projects at Successfactors.  The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for debugging software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products.  Also responsible for capturing results and filing defect reports.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
•        Develops, modifies, executes and reviews software test plans and test cases.  Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures.
•        Develops and maintains Unix/Linux shell scripts to aid in testing web applications.
•        Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
•        Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.
•        Creation of traceability and requirements coverage matrices to ensure the quality of the features under test.
•        Create valid estimates regarding effort for tasks, communicate these estimates and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
•        Experience with Selenium is strong preferred.
•        Familiarity with Opensource tools - TestNG, Jmeter, JIRA, and ANT is a plus.




Qualifications:


•        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any type) or a related field


•        Experience in designing and running stress, load, scalability and performance tests on web applications and backend systems a plus

•         Knowledge of HTTP, SSL, HTML, XML, CSS, or Javascript a plus.

•        Experience with QA processes and tools, test management systems, QA automation, analyzing bug trends, SQL and related topics.  Preference for experience in ASP environments and agile development methodologies.

•        Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leads/managers.

•        Strong communication and problem solving skills.



职位四:
软件测试
任职要求:1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历;
2.经历(或经验)要求:
(1)具有两年以上软件开发经验及三年以上测试经验;
(2)具有三年以上管理测试团队经历;
(3)有大型网站测试或管理经验优先,有游戏软件测试经验者优先;
3.知识+技能要求
(1)熟悉软件测试理论及过程实践,对软件生产过程有深入的认识;
(2)熟悉多种操作系统如UNIX、Windows、Linux等操作系统;
(3)能够熟练使用至少一种性能测试工具和一种功能测试工具,熟悉常用的脚本开发技术;
(4)了解C/C#/VC++/JAVA/ASP.NET /XML 技术/.NetFramework,掌握两种以上上述编程语言;
(5)熟悉Oracle或MS SQL Server数据库;
(6)指导编写可测性需求与设计、测试计划、测试方案、测试设计 ;
(7)协助测试经理管理测试部日常工作,监督、指导测试部员工完成测试任务;
4.其他要求
(1)很强的专业技能和培养员工能力;
(2)很强的逻辑分析能力、测试分析和总结能力;
(3)善于研究、学习新的方法和技术,能积极主动的分析和解决问题,能积极应对变化;
(4)能够快速理解测试需求,探索测试方法,能积极主动的分析和解决问题;
(5)较强的沟通、协调、应变能力和计划能力;
注:非游戏测试岗位
