• Write and present the results of completed tests to meet agreed deadlines.
• Execute feature, system and integration tests to meet agreed deadlines.
• Testing, validating and reviewing customer facing documentation and procedures.
• Usability testing of features using a customer mindset.
• Maintain organized test run results and results archives.
• Assist in the creation of regression test suites.
• Localization testing with new translation drops.
• Methodically logging and following up on all problem and feature reports.
• Verifying problem reports or feature requests.
• Recreating or reproducing problems or scenarios to support s/w product development.
Education:
• A Bachelor's degree, or a graduate of technical college in a similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Courses in testing methodology – an advantage.
• Familiarity with printer and scanner test methodology – an advantage.
Required Experience:
• A minimum of 1 years of software testing or related experience.
• Understanding of test methodology.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Willing to assist with other team members.
• Demonstrated precise, objective and punctilious mindset.
Desirable Experience:
• Experience with automated GUI testing tools.
• Experience testing complex software solutions.
• Experience with Mac system.
• Ability to read French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Japanese is desired.
