我4年测试经验，1年测试管理经验，看英文文档还可以，但是口语方面要弱很多

有些信息可以放到面试时或者通过帅选简历后再谈吧。
把关键的要求和职责写详细点可能会好些。

我想每一项工作中的每一个人，应该都是从没有工作经验开始的吧，所以我觉得公司在面试时最应该看重的应该是面试者的基础、态度和学习能力，如果一个人有经验，但是态度不积极，或者学习能力不是很强的话，那么其入职后为公司创造的效益未必就比一个没有相关经验但是态度积极学习能力强的人为公司创造的效益大。毕竟员工与公司之间的关系不是一竿子买卖，而是一种长期的关系，所以我想双方都应该从长远的发展来看待对方吧。一点拙见。

i have a good sense about english,when i find difficulty in english,i don not think it is a difficulty but a chance ,one chance for me to improve my english. I have graduated from school for one year with a science bachelor degree.I have a systematically education about test work in BTEST. Know how to write test plan ,how to design test case,be familiar with C、html、XML、SQL-SERVER 、ORACAL、linux.Beside that i am interest in learning new technique.

I am looking forward to get this job,because my hometown is tianjin.

需要说明的是，毫无疑问，当你看到这样的简历，如果你是HR，99%你会质疑我的稳定性，并且你也会怀疑我是否真的有一个明确的职业目标和职业规划。每一次我坐在HR面前的时

候，我都在算她还有多少秒会问到我这类问题。我的回答，坦白的说，我的确在短暂的2年挥霍了大把的机会，辜负了诸多的信任，留下了不好的信誉，但我可以对着我书架上的《古兰经》发誓，我不是一个不渴求稳定性的人。之所以走到今天这一步，我想，这有许多主观和客观的原因：

主观：
1.年轻，幼稚，充满幻想曾一度左右我的过去；

1.一个阴差阳错的高考调剂，我上了我从来没报过却和我的志愿：语言类专业相隔十万八千里的计算机系，而且是在一个语言见长的学校，尽管我正在逐渐接受现实，而且我也越

来越相信职业与个人兴趣并不一定要划上等号，但年轻和冲动造成的代价至今仍在折磨着我。

我很理解，并且，如果让我换位思考，站在一个HR的位置，我也会问同样的问题，做出同样的决定，我也会充满质疑，充满问号。但是我不能失去自信，别人可以不相信我，但是

我必须相信自己，正如Kurt Cobain曾说：“If you get the support from belief, then no one can defeat you.”.

前几天面试一个职位的时候，那位HR对我说，你已经在逐渐接受现实了。我想说的是，即便是今天，没有工作，我依然能够看到希望，我不会拒绝现实的考验，也不会放弃心中的

理想，任何的极端选择带来的结果注定会是极端的，正如过去的我为今天的我酿造的苦酒。更多的，我会在这两极间寻求一个平衡。

这就是我想说的。相信我一定能找到工作。
