Project Compliance Officer(工作地点:深圳)
Responsibilities
- Audit project compliance and assist project manager/team to meet QA compliance
- Organize and assign PCO and KPI reporting workload
- Resolve any conflicts in work schedules and prioritize based on requirements
- Update the manager on a regular basis on the team work plan, issues and status
- Regularly review and make suggestions on how to improve work methods of the team, e.g. the gathering and storing of information from project teams
- In addition to project QA tracking, provide value added suggestions to the project teams in terms of quality of deliverables, risks, processes, improvements on work methods etc.
- Ensure all project information and status are up-to date and available
- Produce accurate KPIs in accordance to the agreed baselines
- Produce reports and KPIs in accordance to set schedules and deadlines
- Keep up to date of current best practices and share with the team
- Ensure the KPI System is properly tested, and produce complete and accurate information after going live
Qualifications:
- 5+ years working experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA)
- Must be a Team Player
- Familiar with the SDLC processes with ability to train others
- SQA certification is a plus
- Ability to prioritize own work
- Good communication and presentation skills with your manager and all stakeholders
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Be able to travel to HK frequently.
