Job description
Develop the Master Test Plan with the developers and the project manager
- Build and implement the System Test Plan
- Build the team that will implement the System Test Plan and the Master Test Plan
- Manage the relationship with other team leaders in the project
- Communicate the test project status (detailed, and measurable) to the team members, to the customer, and to management
- Identify and resolve any test project issues
- Ensure effective test process improvement feedback by providing information back to process improvement groups
- Create project plan and schedule overall testing activities
- Organize and manage test resources
- Assign roles and responsibilities to test team members
- Verify requirements testability.
Qualifications (education, seniority, professional experiences, etc.):
- Bachelor or above degree
- Project management (certification desirable)
- People management
- Test process method
- Development experience (strongly desirable)
- Requirements management
- Willing to travel for business fulfillments
