Software Testing: Know well demand of software , defect management , configuration management and regular relevant.Grasp unit testing, integration testing, system testing with the design method of the example and used the writing norm of the example, the writing method of software testing plan , testing scheme , testing daily and testing report, the method of review software requirement specification、high-level design、low-level design. Can use some testing tools and some commonly used tools for example: CppUnit、TCL、Rational Purify、Rational TrueCoverage、 Ratioanl Robot、MI WinRunner、MI LoadRunner. Having a good command of functional testing based on B/S and C/S, local testing, performance testing , compatibility testing and GUI testing method
Programming: Being familiar with C/C++, Data structure,JAVA,VB
Database: Being familiar with SQL Server ,Access
Computer Network: Know TCP/IP, design for Network signal communication software
Others: Know ERP. Have done “the traffic light”with MCS-51
