2. 熟悉软件测试管理：同行评审、配置管理、需求管理、缺陷管理流程及目的。
3. 了解基于B/S、C/S架构上的各种测试。（WEB测试、Client/Server测试）
4. 有能力根据不同情况、各种软件，选择合适的测试策略，在测试策略制定后，能基于各种策略编写设计测试用例并执行。（单元测试、集成测试、系统测试）
5. 能够独立规范地完成软件各测试阶段的测试计划、测试方案、测试用例、测试日报、测试报告的写作。
6. 掌握的测试工具： TCL脚本自动化测试平台搭建、 Ratioanl Robot 、 Mercury WinRunner 、 Mercury LoadRunner。
7. 掌握操作系统原理，熟悉WINDOWS操作系统内部机制。
8. 有C++程序设计基础，并有一定的VB脚本语言编写能力。
9. 掌握数据结构：了解数据结构排序、查找的各种算法，熟悉数据结构的逻辑关系、存储表示及运算操作。
10. 能对一般的通用软件进行操作如：DREAMWARE基础网页制作、PHOTOSHOP一般图象特效处理、3DMAX实物模型绘制、AUTOCAD平面制图等）

Understand B/S , C/S framework -based various kinds of test tactics.
Can finish the writing of test Plan, test project, test log and test report independently.
Have the ability according to the different condition, various software, choose the fit test strategy. And after the test strategy have been establishment, can design the test case according to the test strategy.
