Qualifications:
Technical skills:
• Experience from software development projects, preferably as Project Manager or Quality Engineer, preferably multi-site experience,
• Knowledge of software development models and methods
• Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001) and models (EFQM, CMMI)
• C++/Java programming skill preferred but not as a must
• Software testing (system testing) experience is preferred.
Other qualifications:
• B.Sc. or MSc degree in IT, Software Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering field
• Working experience min. 5 years
• Technical trainer experience
• Initiativeness and systematic approach to work
• Good communication skills, ability to provide training to project teams
• Willininness and ability to develop the performance of a software development organization
• Good command of oral and written English & Chinese
• Good skills in reading and composing documentations in English
