说明如下：
Configure your web browser to use localhost:8090 as an HTTP proxy. The exact steps for doing this depends on which platform/browser you use. On Internet Explorer for Windows, do this:
Select Tools->Internet Options...
Click the Connections tab
Click the LAN Settings button at the bottom
Click the Use a proxy server checkbox
In the Address box, enter: localhost
In the Port box, enter: 8090 (or the custom port you specified)
Click OK
把端口改成8080也不行，而且一设置代理就连不上网。郁闷。。。
